As a counsellor and mother of two, I blend professional expertise with lived experience in navigating the complexities of family life. When I'm not supporting clients, you might find me tending to my growing collection of houseplants, trying new restaurants, or embarking on camping adventures with my family.

My path to counselling began in academia, where I spent most of my 20s conducting graduate research on how contemporary pressures impact families, with a particular focus on gender and sexuality. While this work was intellectually fulfilling, I found myself yearning for more direct, meaningful connections. The isolation and pressures of academic life, combined with persistent imposter syndrome, led me to seek my own counselling.

This journey of self-discovery guided me toward working directly with children, parents, and families—a transition that has proven transformative. Through my education and training in counselling, I've found my most rewarding work in supporting parent-child relationships, fostering secure attachment, and helping families build stronger connections in real time.

I bring both professional training and experiential understanding to my practice, creating a warm, authentic space for support, exploration, and change.
